The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Ste. Genevieve is a conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Archdiocesen Council of St. Louis. We are a non profit organization on a mission to serve our neighbors right here in Ste. Genevieve. We not only provide essential food assistance to individuals and families in need within our community, we also help our neighbors with utilities, rent, prescriptions, car repairs, and any other items that life sometimes unexpectantly throws at you. We want to help our neighbors get back on their feet while providing a dignified experience that honors every neighbor who comes through our doors.
At the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, we are united by a single mission:
to seek and serve all in need so that people are inspired to grow closer to Christ.
Multiple Ways You Can Help
Support Our Neighbors
Whether holding a food drive, or dropping off a bag of food, we welcome non-perishable staples such as canned proteins, dry pasta, and nutritious cereals to keep our pantry shelves stocked.
Monetary contributions go directly toward purchasing fresh eggs, milk, seasonal produce and additional pantry items that are vital for ensuring every family receives a balanced meal. Financial gifts also enable us to help those neighbors calling our helpline.
It takes a lot of hands to keep our pantry humming. There are many ways in which you can help. We gladly welcome additional friendly faces helping us care for our neighbors in need. Your time is invaluable.

We are blessed to be offered ample pantry space from Eric Scott Leathers. We have a waiting room, intake area, office space, pantry space, as well as clothing rooms for neighbors to shop. We are always happy to show folks everything we have to offer. Contact us if you'd like to schedule a tour!
